My name is Terri James Johnson. I am
the developer/owner of Fiction, Facts, & Fun, LLC.
Fiction, Facts, & Fun is an enrichment program that
stimulates and challenges children to their maximum
potential. I started the program in 2001 and have been
overwhelmed with the success of the classes. I currently
work with children from Kingswood Kindergarten/Preschool,
Immaculate Conception, St. Agnes, Springfield Public
Schools, Greenwood, and other private preschool programs.
I have over 20 years of teaching
experience in both the public schools and private sector.
I developed the Kindergarten Program at King’s Way United
Methodist Church in 1994 and taught the class for seven
years. I also taught first grade and early childhood
special education for 10 years in the public schools.
While I truly loved all these positions, it was always a
dream of mine to develop curriculum and create enrichment
classes that enhance learning in a fun and creative way.
I am currently a partner in Creative3
Publishing, LLC and I have written a curriculum called the
Quirkles that is
being incorporated in the programs offered with Fiction,

I have been involved with Junior
League of Springfield and was a Gift of Time Education
nominee in 2001. I have also served as chair for
Kingswood Kindergarten and Preschool, chaired the
volunteer reading program for Springfield Public Schools,
and serve on the PTA Board of Greenwood School.
Last, but not least, I am chief advocate, short order
cook, and laundress for a teenage son. |
